HOW TO USE A MEMBERSHIP TERMINAL
Place your membership card at the spot marked ‘Card Here’.
When you present your membership card to the terminal it will automatically award your loyalty points, check which active promotions you are eligible for and print out any associated receipts.
After checking on the promotions, the terminal will then display your loyalty point balance and also offer you further options.
You can then choose to enter a voucher code, play a game or redeem some or all of your loyalty points.
For instructions on how to play the available games, click the link to current promotions at the bottom of this page, and follow the game links from there.
If you wish to redeem points press the ‘Redeem My Points’ button.
The terminal is configured to highlight, in green, the prizes that you can currently afford.
Select the item of your choice by pressing the green bar, which will change to blue.
If you are happy with your selection press the ‘Redeem’ button and the terminal will issue you with a ticket; simply take this to the cashier to redeem your prize. (Please note that there could be a delivery period of up to two weeks for larger items).
Finally, please remember to fully close the terminal screen, using the ‘Close Screen’ button, when you have finished.
Leaving an open screen means that other people could redeem your points. The Diamond Players Club will not be held liable for points lost in this manner.
