TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Strictly one membership card per customer.
Cards must be used by the named holder only; sharing membership cards in order to accrue more points is strictly prohibited.
Any lost cards should be reported immediately as points will only be credited to one membership card per person.
Attendance at the weekly draws is mandatory if prizes are to be claimed. Any person not in attendance when the draw takes place will forfeit their right to claim their prize.
Any person or persons found to be attempting to manipulate the hardware will be excluded from the arcades and full recompense will be sought.Thurston UK Limited reserves the right to refuse membership to the Diamond Players Club and will not be obligated to provide a reason for their actions.
Thurston UK Limited reserves the right not to issue points or prizes to any person or persons that are deemed to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, and membership(s) will become null and void. Any points accrued will be lost.
